INSTRUCTIONS

Mix 1 tablespoon for 6-8 fl. oz or 2 tablespoons per 12-16 fl. Oz water, skim milk or your favorite drink.

AGITATE: Add one or two tablespoons of OXY7 WHEY PROTEIN to your stirring vessel. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

REVOLVE: Add one or two tablespoons of OXY7 WHEY PROTEIN to a large glass. Then mix it with a spoon. Stir for 20 seconds or until the powder is completely dissolved.

MIXING: Add one or two tablespoons of OXY7 WHEY PROTEIN to a blender. Mix for 20-30 seconds. Then add 1 or 2 ice cubes and mix for an additional 30 seconds.

4:00 PM AGITATE 1-2 tablespoons of OXY7 WHEY PROTEIN, simple carbohydrates.

7:00 PM FOOD Lean protein, complex carbohydrates, vegetables, water.

9:30 PM Smoothie and MUSCLE RECOVERY SUPPLEMENT 1 tablespoon OXY5 TOTAL GLUTAMINE 1-2 tablespoons OXY7 WHEY PROTEIN.
